Ridge House Care Home believes in continuous improvement, so we had introduced an extended range of day care services
Our care home was approved to extend, allowing for more rooms to be added.
Situated in Tiverton, the home was acquired in December 2020. This will form a part of the extended care home family.

You will probably get more interest if shifts were split and not 12hrs long. A lot of carers have children/family and 8am to 8pm isn't that convenient unfortunately. Turnover of staff wouldn't be quite so high either.
